Robert L. Williams was born on September 19, 1921 in Savannah, Georgia.
He passed away in Inglewood, California on February 16, 2002.
Billy Ward & his Dominoes were one of the best selling American rhythm & blues groups of the 1950s.
In 1957, Billy Ward & the Dominoes played the 49th State Fair at the Honolulu Stadium on King Street in Honolulu.
Upon his return to Hollywood, Billy Ward began working on a Hawaii-themed album.
