Van Horn Diamond agreed to join me on Territorial Airwaves. Van grew up in Waikiki when it was more like a small villager during WWII.
Van can describe in intimate detail the Waikiki of the 1950s, and he began to play bass with many of the groups including the Marion Diamond Trio, his own family group.
